Spin for Hope

To participate you must register on line at cancer.org/spinforhope or call 1.800.227.2345. The fee is 25.00. All the money goes to the American Cancer Society.

You must also sign up at the front desk to reserve your spin seat.

8:00am class Marie
9:00am class Krissie
10:00am class Sheri

If you want to do more than one class you must donate an additional $25.00 per class. This money should be brought in the day of the event. You are also encouraged to raise more money if you can.

TUESDAY 8:30AM, TUESDAY 4:00PM AND FRIDAY 4:00PM CARDIO CLASS

All the dates listed below are the days that we will be holding the cardio class as STEP.

JAN 31, FEB 3, FEB 14, FEB 17, FEB 28, MAR 2, MAR 13, MAR 16, MAR 24, MAR 30

All the dates listed below are either Floor Aerobics, Kickboxing or Hi-low. Tue 8:30am is Floor Aerobics, Tue 4pm is Kickboxing and our Fri 4pm is Hi-Low.
